PERILAKU ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) DAN KELESTARIAN LINGKUNGAN

Abstract

he environment must be sustained until the world ends. Anyone is required to maintain the beauty and comfort. Do not let our environment destroyed by our own actions. Although in a government there are regulations on environmental preservation, but still many people who are not conscious in its preservation is an obligation that must be met.
The purpose of this research is to prove the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) behavior and environmental ecologist. The research sample is all employees of Academy of Maritime Nusantara as many as 40 people with cross sectional approach. The result of research shows there is relationship between Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with environmental sustainability.
