ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA BISNIS (STUDI PADA UKM DI KOTA SURAKARTA)
Abstract
The development of SMEs in an environment with the dynamics of rapid change exposes SMEs to several challenges and obstacles. Capital is an important element that can support the performance of SMEs. However there are limited access to financial resources for SMEs.
Even the main failure of SMEs is the lack of experience and managerial skills, especially in financial management. In addition there is a need for government regulations that can support the existence of SMEs. For this reason, business owners need to align their business activities with established regulations so that later SMEs can increase revenue to achieve
competitive advantage. The value of personal entrepreneurship also has a significant influence in improving the performance of SMEs. The personal values of a superior SME entrepreneur are very likely to support effective decision making. Effective decision making has a positive impact on the success of SMEs. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of business financial capabilities, regulations and entrepreneurial personal values in influencing the performance of SME businesses. The research sample of 125 SMEs in Surakarta. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model using SmartPLS.
The results showed that the financial capability of the business, regulation and personal entrepreneurial value were able to influence the performance of SME businesses in Surakarta.
