PENGEMBANGAN EDU KOMIK PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PENDIDIKAN BERKARAKTER PADA MATA PELAJARAN POLA BILANGAN KELAS VIII
Abstract
The problems in this study are (1) the low interest in student learning in mathematics (2) the low character values of MTs students (3) students cannot solve problems correctly in mathematics learning. The population in this study were class VIII students of MTs Negeri 1 Mranggen. Sampling was done using purposive sampling and obtained class VIII B, class VIII C and class VIII D. Effectiveness analysis showed that the average
individual completeness of the concept comprehension ability reached 86.66667 higher than the determined KKM average of 81 and classical completeness with the proportion of 91.67% higher than the determined which was 80%. Interest also affects students 'logical thinking abilities with a percentage of influence of 84.3% and attitudes affect students' logical thinking abilities by 77.3%. While interests and attitudes influence students' logical thinking abilities by 86.9%. The application of this edu comic learning media has an average difference in logical thinking skills between the experimental classes, which is 86.6667 better than the control class namely 80.11. Based on these results, the development of character education-based edu comics media in material numbers is valid and effective, so that it can be used as a variation and new innovations
in learning.
