MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN SISWA BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DI SEKOLAH DASAR INKLUSIF

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to find out: how to motivate students with special needs who are lazy to learn in inclusive primary schools, how to improve discipline in students with special needs in inclusive primary schools, and how to measure the cognitive competencies of students with special needs in inclusive primary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case studies in inclusive primary schools. This research was conducted at Tanjung 01 Brebes Elementary School. The data source in this study was purposive by determining primary data sources, namely teachers who teach students with special needs, students with special needs, and school principals.
While the secondary data is to complement the data obtained from primary data, namely inclusive school documents. The procedure adopted in collecting research data using the procedure of interview, observation and study of documentation. Data analysis was carried out from the beginning until the end of the study. The results of this study are as follows: 1) sara motivates students with special needs who are lazy to learn by understanding the characteristics of students with special needs, giving appreciation and gifts to students with special needs, teacher collaboration with parents of students with special needs; 2) how to improve the discipline of students with special needs, which is to apply the discipline of children with special needs when they first enter the classroom, sweeping habits, every morning before learning begins, selfdevelopment ability, doing homework; 3) how to measure the competencies of students with special needs, namely non-test techniques, test techniques, test deeds.
