PENINGKATAN KETERSERAPAN KERJA PADA PROGRAM REGULER KOSEN DENSO MELALUI EMPLOYABILITY SKILL PROGRAM

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much work absorption increases in the regular Kosen Denso program through the employability skill program in 12th-grade industrial automation engineering at SMKN 1 Jamblang. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative method with subjects consisting of 15 students, according to the quota given in the regular Kosen Denso program.
The results showed that there was a significant increase in work absorption
between students given the employability skills program and students who were not given the program. Following are the results of work absorption for the last 3 years without the employability skill program, 2016 = 20.00%, 2017 = 26.67%, and 2018 = 13.33%. Meanwhile, the results of work absorption with the employability skill program will be implemented in 2019, amounting to 60.00%. The increase in work absorption of the program's employability skills is 2016 = 40.00%, 2017 = 33.33%, and in 2018 = 46.67%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the employability skills program can improve work absorption.
