PERANCANGAN ALAT PERAGA PENENTU NILAI MODULUS YOUNG BERBASIS ARDUINO SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract


An Arduino-based type of heat props design research was conducted to determine the feasibility of the teaching aids and students' responses to the use of teaching aids in the process of learning elasticity. This study refers to the design model to produce a product and its feasibility test, with the subject of the research being the 11th grade students of
MIPA Muhammadiyah High School Purworejo with 21 students. Data obtained by conducting literature studies, observations, interviews, questionnaires, and laboratory trials. From the results of the test equipment, the average value of copper Modulus Young (12.74 ± 0.74 x 10 10 ) N/m2, the average value of nickel Modulus Young (21.63 ±
0.63 x 10 10) N/m2, and the average value Young steel modulus (20.84 ± 0.84 x 10)N/m2. Based on the value of errata obtained shows that the type of heat props has a good accuracy value. The results of props validation obtained an average percentage of 78.27% in the good category. The results of the assessment of the feasibility of learning
using teaching aids carried out by the observer obtained a percentage with an average of 77.08% good category, the response of students to the type of heat props developed by 87.29% very good category. Thus the arduino-based type of heat props is feasible and can be used in the learning process.
