Abstract

This study discusses the lack of play resources for children that discusses the watershed (watershed) and its sustainability functions. Whereas watershed is one of the important components on earth for the sustainability of human life. For this reason, it is important to remember from an early age for children through interesting games, involving illustrated cranks associated with the preservation of watershed functions. So get ready to design children's games that accept the concept of the preservation of watershed functions. The method used to collect data is observation and interview. While the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative, which is complemented by a SWOT analysis. The results obtained are a new game concept that interests children about the sustainability of watershed functions that are equipped with persuasive images and interesting illustrations.
The results of the design of children's play on the preservation of watershed functions offer an alternative to facilitate awareness of nature and the special watershed environment for children in a better and effective way.
