PEMILIHAN E-MARKETPLACE BERKUALITAS DENGAN METODE FUZZY AHP DAN FUZZY VIKOR

Abstract


At present there are many business people who use ecommerce as a
marketing medium. One type of e-commerce is e-marketplace. The use of the right emarketplace will have an impact on business profitability. This study conducted the selection of emarketplace with Fuzzy AHP and VIKOR
methods. The alternative emarketplaces selected are the top three that are frequently visited in Indonesia in 2019 quartiles 1. Sources of data come from questionnaires distributed to emarketplace users. From the results of the study, the criteria that affect the quality of emarketplaces include: service quality (28.4%), system quality (23.1%), information quality (25.1%) and vendor specific quality (23.4%). While the alternative ranking order: SH (Qj = 0,000), TP (Qj = 0.068) and BL (Qj = 0.069). from a compromise solution, SH is the best alternative in emarketplace selection with the Fuzzy AHP and VIKOR methods. The results of this study can be recommendations in selecting the marketplace.
