PENINGKATAN SOFTSKILL PENGELASAN MELALUI PELATIHAN LAS SMAW

Abstract

Welding is a technique of connecting metals by melting some of the base
metal with filler metal to produce a continuous connection. SMAW welding
training (Shield Metal Arc Welding) aims to improve community soft skills.
With the training, it is expected to be able to create a creative effort from
welding. Therefore, to support the independence of welding business,
welding training needs to be done. The results of welding training in the
form of tents or tarads that can be directly used by the community.
