PEMODELAN MATEMATIKA TENTANG PENYEBARAN NITROGEN DIOKSIDA (NO2) AKIBAT PROSES INDUSTRI SEBUAH PABRIK

Abstract


The industry emits waste the form of gas released into the
atmosphere through the chimney and will experience spread especially in
area around the industrial area because carried by the wind and also
influenced by meteorological factors namely temperature, atmospheric
stability, wind direction and speed. The process of spreading pollutant gas
released into the air is important to be studied to help monitor and control
air pollution.The purpose of this study to determine Gaussian plume model construction along with simulation model of the spread NO2 originating from chimney of PT. PG Krebet Baru II Malang based on Gaussian plume model.The stages of this research method are firstly collecting secondary data in the form of meteorological factor data and NO2ย  emission data.
Second, explaining the construction Gaussian plume model and relationship between wind direction coordinate system and the receptor coordinate system. The third analyzes model of the spread ofย  NO2.The results showed that by taking the boundary as far as 1000 m from the east and north of the factory, obtained the maximum NO2 concentration in each month was still below the maximum standard quality limit of 0.8, ๐‘š๐‘” ๐‘๐‘š3
