ANALISIS SISTEM ANTREAN GARDU TOL OT OMATIS (GTO) PADA GERBANG TOL SRONDOL DAN TEMBALANG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN GUI MATLAB

Abstract


Economic growth is related to transportation, because as a result of
economic growth a person's mobility increases and the necessary for
mobility also increases beyond the capacity of available transportation
infrastructure. Semarang City is the main buffer city of Central Java's
economic growth rate, so it requires efficient and smooth facilities and
infrastructure. Srondol Toll Gate and Tembalang Toll Gate are service
facilities by PT. Jasa Marga has implemented the mandatory use of the etoll card. With the implementation of the Electronic Toll Colection (ETC)
system, it is necessary to analyze how the queue system exists at  Srondol
Toll Gate and Tembalang Toll Gate. According the result of research, a
queue model was obtained at the Srondol Toll Gate for number of arrivals
and number of services namely (NORM / NORM / 4) : (FIFO / ∞ / ∞) and
the Tembalang Toll Gate for number of arrivals and number of services
namely (LOGNORM / LOGNORM / 2) : (FIFO / ∞ / ∞). Based on the
simulation results using the Arena, the reduction of one substation at the
Srondol Toll Gate is not a problem if done. As for the Tembalang Toll Gate
the number of substations is optimal.
