Abstract


This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between family support and motivation of D3 Statistics students undergoing education in Vocational Education Program (PPV) Halu Oleo University (UHO). The analytical method to be used is Pearson correlation. Result of pearson correlation analysis between family support with student motivation to get education obtained correlation coefficient value equal to 0,086. These
values indicate that there is no relationship between general family support and the motivation of students undergoing education. But in particular the emotional support of the family has a significant relationship to student learning motivation.
