PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ANDROID KELARUTAN DAN HASIL KALI KELARUTANBERBASIS MULTIPEL REPRESENTASI
Abstract
Chemistry learning is less interesting to study because it is directed to memorize concepts without knowing the meaning of the concept. The purpose of this study was to develop Android-based chemistry learning media on solubility and solubility product and to test the feasibility of the media developed in students and educators. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The development model used in this study is an adaptation of the Borg and Gall (1983) model. The results of the adaptation of the model resulted in six stages of development, namely; (1) preliminary studies, (2) planning, (3) product development, (4) initial field trials, (5) revising test results, (6) media prototypes.
The results showed that (1) the product of chemical learning media, the solubility product and the product of the solubility product had been compiled by obtaining input from validators, students and chemistry educators; (2) the learning media developed is considered suitable for use in chemistry learning in terms of the assessment of material aspects and media aspects. For further research, it can develop learning media based on multiple representations on other chemical materials.
Keywords: Learning media, solubility, chemistry
