Transformational Leadership: Intellectual Stimulation dalam Pemberian Intervensi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (Seft) pada Warga Binaan di Lembaga Permasyarakatan

Abstract


Setiap perawat merupakan seorang pemimpin, baik bagi tim maupun klien ketika menerapkan intervensi. Perawat dituntut mampu dalam menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional agar dapat lebih efektif ketika memberikan intervensi SEFT pada WBP. Akan tetapi, penelitian yang membahas mengenai pentingnya penerapan transformasional leadership khususnya intellectual pada penerapan SEFT masih sangat minim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pentingnya penerapanintellectual stimulation terhadap pelaksaan SEFT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review. Penelitian tersusun atas telaah berbagai macam artikel yang bersumber dari sciencedirect dan pubMed health, dipublikasi dari Januari 2008 hingga September 2018, menggunakan kata kunci transformational leadership, intellectual stimulation dan nurse. Hasil didapatkan bahwa intellectual stimulation merupakan kemampuan pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kesadaran akan norma, kreatifitas, mendorong klien untuk mampu mengambil keputusan dan menyelesaikan masalah. Perawat yang menerapkan komponen saat memberikan intervensi SEFT dapat membantu klien meningkatkan kesadaran mereka akan nilai-nilai keyakinan dan perilaku positif dalam kehidupan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah seorang perawat yang menerapkan intellectual stimulation merupakan change agent bagi kliennya, mereka memiliki keyakinan terhadap dirinya dan selalu berpegang pada norma yang baik.

Every nurse is a leader, for their team or their client when implementing the intervention. Nurse are required to be able to apply transformational leadership to be more effective when give SEFT interventions to inmates. However, research discussing the importance of implementing transformational leadership especially intellectual stimulation on the application of SEFT still very minimal. The aim of this study is to see the importance of achieving intellectual stimulation of the implementation of SEFT. The method used in this study is the literature review. The study was composed of a review of various articles sourced from Scienced Direct and PubMed Health, published from January 2008 to September 2018, using the keyword transformational leadership, intellectual stimulation and nurse. The results obtained that intellectual stimulation is the ability of leaders in increasing awareness of norms, creativity, encouraging clients to be able to make decisions and solve problems. Nurses who apply these components in their SEFT invertention can help clients increase their awareness of positive values of beliefs and behavior in life. The conclusion of this study is that a nurse who applies intellectual stimulation is a change agent for his clients in inmates, they have confidence in themselves and always adhere to good norms.
